Section 17(1) in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009
(1)Subject to the orders of the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of the concerned Bench, all registered applications or appeals shall be posted for admission or orders before the appropriate Bench on the next working day.
