Section 49(1) in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
(1)The Executive Council may invite a person of high academic distinction and professional attainment to accept a post of Senior Fellow in the University on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and on the person agreeing to do so, appoint her to the post.
