Section 63 in The Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Act, 2004
63. Protection of acts done in good faith.
- No suit or other proceeding shall lie against, and no damages shall be claimed from, the University or its Authorities, bodies or officers for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the statutes or the regulations made there under.
