Section 144(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)At the commencement of the Assembly or from time to time, as the case may be the Speaker shall nominate a Committee of privileges consisting of [Seven] [Substituted seven for five, by motion adopted in the House on 8.4.1988.] members.
