Section 14(1) in The Punjab Forward Contracts Tax Rules, 1951
(1)The appropriate Assessing Authority may, on application made in this behalf permit a "Chamber" or association, registered under section 6 of the Act, to deposit the tax due in respect of transactions entered into with or through such chamber or association, as the case may be.
