Section 23(1) in The Karnataka Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan And Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation And Utilization Of Financial Resources) Act, 2013
(1)Each department shall ensure transparency and accountability at all levels in the implementation of the Schedule castes Sub-Plan and Tribal SubPlan schemes.
