Section 10 in Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891
10. Expressions used in rules, bye laws and orders to have same meaning as in Act under which they are made or issued:.
- Where an Act, to which this Chapter applies, confers power to make rules or bye laws or to issue orders, expressions used in such rules, bye laws or orders, have the same respective meanings as in the Act conferring the power.
