Section 4(1) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and other Milch Animal Breed (Preservation and Development of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Sector) Act, 2001
(1)With effect from such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf, there shall be constituted for carrying out the purposes of this Act a Board to be known as "The Haryana Livestock Development Board", with headquarters at such place as the Government may, by notification, specify.
