197. Use of Internal Combustion Engine.
- The employer shall ensure that at construction site of a building or other construction work no internal combustion engine is used underground in excavation or tunneling work unless such engine is so constructed that the :(a)air entering the engine gets cleared before entry; and(b)no fumes or sparks are emitted by the engine.
