291. Notice convening final meeting and the account to be laid before the meeting.
- The notice convening the final meeting of the LLP and the creditors in a voluntary winding-up, shall be in Form No. 59. The Accounts of the winding up to be laid by the LLP Liquidator before the said meeting or meetings shall be Form No. 9.
