15. The Pro Vice-Chancellor.
(1)The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.(2)The Pro Vice-Chancellor appointed under sub section (1) shall discharge his duties in addition to his duties as a Professor.(3)The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall assist the Vice Chancellor in discharging his duties as and when required by the Vice Chancellor.(4)The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall get honorarium of such amount as may be determined by the sponsoring body.
