1.This revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated 29.08.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar in G.R. Case No. 223 of 2020, whereby learned Magistrate refused to discharge the accused/petitioner from the case.
2. Petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the opposite party no.2, intimating the date of hearing, through speed post with A/D and also serve notice upon the State through office of the Public Prosecutor of this Court and to file affidavit of service on the returnable date.
3. List the matter on 24th November, 2023.
