(15)"Higher Secondary School" means a school recognised as a full-fledged higher secondary school by the Director of Education, or by an officer authorised by him in that behalf, and includes a higher secondary school situated outside the State of Maharashtra, which has been registered, or is deemed to be registered, by the University;
