Section 16(3) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975
(3)Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Rajasthan Colonisation (General Colony) Conditions, 1955 and these Rules, all allotments of Government land made under these rules shall be on a permanent basis and the allottee shall ultimately be eligible for the Conferment of khatedari rights in the land so allotted.
