Section 2B(4) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
(4)As provided under sub-section (7) of section 96, the Co-operative Election Commission shall have the following staff(a)One Secretary in the rank of Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies;(b)One Deputy Secretary in the rank of Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies;(c)One Assistant Secretary in the rank of Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies;(d)One officer in the rank of Co-operative Development Officer;(e)One officer in the rank of Co-operative Inspector;(f)One Upper Division Assistant;(g)Two Lower Division Assistants with knowledge in computer science;(h)One Stenographer with knowledge in computer science;(i)One Typist with knowledge in computer science; and(j)Two peons :Provided that the State Government shall have the power to increase or decrease the number of the officers and other employees of the commission in consultation with the Chairman of the Commission and expenses of the commission shall be defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund of the State.
