In all these Appeals under Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the Act), the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant- Revenue, on instructions, seek to withdraw these appeals.
2 This for the reason that the tax effect in all these appeals is less than the threshold limit as provided in CBDT Circular No.17 dated 8 th August, 2019 .
