The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking employment in the respondents department. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner has been acquired by the respondents for lying down Railway Line from Lalitpur, Singrauli (Khajuraho). The department of the Railway has framed scheme stating therein that the person whose land is acquired for lying down Railway Line, one member of the family is entitled to get employment in the said department.
In pursuance of the said scheme, the petitioner has submitted an application for appointment. His application was considered and his name was also placed at Sr. No. 114 in the appointment list, however, no appointment order has been issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, approaches to this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to approach to the respondents by filing a representation.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent agreed that the respondent will consider the representation if so submitted by the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid and as agreed to between the parties, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. On receiving such representation, the respondent shall consider and decide the same within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with the scheme framed by the department as well as looking to the fact that the name of the petitioner has also been mentioned in the appointment list.
With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
