114. Central Government or State Government not to obtain license or permission.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any rules or bye-laws made thereunder the Central Government or State Government shall not be required to obtain any permission or license in respect of any property of such Government or any place in occupation or under the control of such Government.
