Section 36(viii) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(viii)The provisions contained in this clause shall not apply to low cost housing undertaken by the State Government or any local authority within the State of Uttar Pradesh or any other public body approved in this behalf by the State Government.
