28. Scale of Pay.
(1)The scale of pay admissible to a person appointed to the service whether in a substantive or officiating capacity or as a temporary measure, shall be such as may be fixed by the Government from time to time.(2)The scales of pay at the time of the commencement of these rules are given in the Appendix I.
