Section 4(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Service (Executive) Rules, 1973
(2)No member of the service shall be entitled of compensation in consequences of any changes in the structure of the service or in the event of the State Government leaving unfilled or holding in abeyance any vacant post in the cadre.
