Section 7(1)(a) in The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Oil from Ships) Rules, 2010

(a)an International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate to an oil tanker of one hundred and fifty gross tonnage and above and to any other ship of four hundred gross tonnage and above, which are engaged in voyages to ports or offshore terminals under jurisdiction of other State Parties to the Convention;
