Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application to the respondents.
Meanwhile, the petitioner shall be allowed to participate in the ongoing selection process conducted by the respondents for the purpose of appointment to the post of college lecturer. The result of the petitioner shall not be declared without permission of this Court.
However, any appointment made shall remain subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.
