15. Monitoring and reporting of DSM Programmes.
- Distribution Licensee shall prepare plan and undertake monitoring and reporting of DSM programmes as per Guidelines on Monitoring and Reporting issued by Commission from time to time or as approved by the Commission while approving the DSM programme.
