Section 345 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
345. Quarrying, blasting, cutting timber or building.
- Whoever quarries, blasts, cuts timber or carries on building operations in such manner as to cause, or to be likely to cause danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, shall be punishable with line which may extend to five hundred rupees.
