(2)The Secretary-General shall certify, on top of the first page of the Bill so transmitted to the Council, in the following form: -'This Bill has been passed by the House of the People on the ......20Dated on 20Secretary-General:'Provided that if it is a Money Bill within the meaning of article 110 of the Constitution the certificate by the Speaker shall be endorsed at the end of the Bill in the following form:'I hereby certify that this Bill is a Money Bill within the meaning of article 110 of the Constitution of India.Dated the 20Speaker.'
