Section 5(2) in The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Establishment of Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2011
(2)Every Member of the Forum shall hold office for a term of 05 (five) years or 65 (sixty-five) years of age, whichever is earlier. The Member shall not be eligible for reappointment to the same post.
