Section 2(c) in The West Bengal National Volunteer Force Act, 1949
(c)"Force" means the West Bengal National Volunteer Force ;(cc)[] [Clause (cc) inserted by W.B. Act 20 of 1964.] "Inspector-General" means the Inspector-General of Police referred to in section 4 of the Police Act, 1861 and includes any officer to whom such Inspector-General of Police may delegate his powers, functions and duties under this Act;
