(2)The Returning Officer or the Assistant Returning Officer shall appoint, as many counting teams as may be determined by the State Election Commission, for counting the votes polled for each section of a segment. Each team shall consist of one Counting Supervisor and two Counting Assistants. The Returning Officer shall arrange to give training to the counting staff.
