[While constituting.] The Road Safety Council or the District Road Safety Committee in addition to the Chairman and other members also including the representatives or nominees of the (1) Life insurance, (2) State Transport Undertaking, (3) Road Transport Undertaking, (4) Private Road Transport Organisations or Unions or Associations, (5) Manufacturers or dealers of automobiles, (6) Persons of Firms engaged in manufacturing or selling tyres, (7) Workers' Union and (8) Drivers's Union.
