1. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime requests to direct the Revisionary Authority to consider and decide the pending Revision Application dated 07.07.2025 filed by the applicant in respect to the order passed by the Appellate Authority i.e., The Chief Commissioner of Central Goods & Service Tax and Central Excise, Ahmedabad zone, Ahmedabad dated 02.06.2025 as well as the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority i.e., the Commissioner of Central Goods & Service Tax, Commissionerate, Bhavnagar, dated 27.11.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel and perused the material on record.

Considering the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, we dispose of this OA at 'Admission Stage' without entering into the 2026.01.21 P ANUKUMA 13:13:52+05'30' ::3 :: OA No. 21/2026 merits of the case and direct the competent authority if any, to decide the pending Revision Application of the applicant dated 07.07.2025 expeditiously preferably within four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and intimate the decision to the applicant forthwith. Accordingly, OA stands disposed of.
