State of Jammu-Kashmir - Subsection

Section 15(1)(c) in The Jammu and Kashmir Collection of Statistics Act, 2010

(c)neglects or refuses to answer any question or inquiry addressed to him, as may be required under or for the purposes of any provision of this Act and the rules made thereunder, shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or, in the case of a company, with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
