Section 57 in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
57. Power to exempt.
- The State Government may by an order in writing,-(a)exempt any Society or class of Societies from the application of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder; and(b)direct that any such provisions shall apply to such Society or class of Societies to such extent as may be specified in the order.
