8. Amendment of section 4
In section 4 of the principal Act,—(i)in the marginal heading, for the words “New Delhi International Arbitration Centre”, the words “India International Arbitration Centre” shall be substituted;(ii)in sub-section (1), for the words “New Delhi International Arbitration Centre” at both the places where they occur, the words “India International Arbitration Centre” shall be substituted.
