(1)The State Government shall, by notification, create Police Stations , with or without posts.(2)The State Government shall, by notification, notify the Circle and there shall be minimum two Police Stations in a Circle.(3)A Police Station shall be headed by an Officer-in-charge, who shall not be below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police.
