31. Rules for making and keeping up registers of eunuchs.
- The Local Government may, with the previous sanction of the [President] [A.L.O., 1950 [C.O. 4], dated 26-1-1950 (w.e.f. 26-1-1950).] in Council, make rules for the making and keeping up and charge of registers made under this Part of the Act.
