1. Mr. Sumit Chander, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff prays for time to seek instructions as regards depositing the deficient court fee.
2. Ms. Prerna Mehta, learned counsel for the defendant no.3, appearing on advance service, submits that for a period of one week, defendant no.3 will not exercise her rights as nominee with regard to the securities in question. The statement is taken on record, and defendant no.3 is bound down to the same.
3. In view of the above, list the matter after one week i.e. on 17.03.2026.
