Section 46 in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
46. Voting by officers on election duty.
(1)A presiding officer, polling officer or any other person who is on duty at a polling station at which he is not entitled to vote may make an application to the returning officer in Form 15 to allow him to vote at the polling station at which he is on duty. If on such application the returning officer certifies in Form 16 that the applicant is entitled to vote at the election for the ward connection with which he is employed or for any other ward, have allowed to record his vote at that polling station.
