Section 10(1) in The Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
(1)In case the owner of a registered fishing vessel fails to pay up the fees for renewal of licence by the stipulated date under Rule 9 he shall be liable to pay a penalty of Rs. 5 for the 1st month beginning from 1st July up to 31st July and then @ Re. 1 per day for the succeeding months.
