Section 18I(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964
(1)Not-withstanding any agreement or usage to the contrary, in respect of any tenancy created after the tillers' day, a tenant shall be entitled within one year from the commencement of such tenancy to purchase from the landlord the land held by him.
