Section 8(3) in Telangana Electricity Reform Act, 1998
(3)The salaries and allowance payable to the members and the administrative expenses including salaries, allowances and pensions payable to or in respect of the Secretary, officers and other employees of the Commission, shall be charged to the Consolidated Fund of the State.
