Section 9(1) in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
(1)The Government shall appoint a person to be the Member-Secretary to assist the Council in carrying out the purposes of this Act and he shall, subject to the superintendence, control and direction of the Chairperson ,be the Chief Executive Officer of the Council.
