Section 2(1)(iii) in The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008

(iii)any other body corporate (not being a company as defined in clause ( 20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (1 of 1956) or a limited liability partnership as defined in this Act), which the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf;
