Section 10(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
(1)No part of any producer shall be placed so as to reduce the field of vision of the driver by means of the mirror prescribed in Rule 98 of the Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993 or otherwise or so as to impede the driver in the control of his vehicle.
