(41)to remit the fees chargeable in respect of plaints in suits instituted before the Collector under Sections 55, 56, 95, 112, 144 and 160 of the Madras Estates Land Act, 1908 (Madras Act I of 1908) and in respect of objection petitions presented to the Revenue Officer under Section 166 (1) of the same Act;
