Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Pachaiyappa's Trust and of The Public Trust and Endowments Specified in Schedule (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1981
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith, contained in section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) or any other law for the time being in force or the Pachaiyappa's Trust scheme or any other scheme settled under any law for the time being in force.
