Section 4(1) in The Punjab Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2012
(1)On receipt of an application, the Tribunal shall satisfy itself than-(a)The application is complete in all respects, and(b)Opposite part has, prima facie, an obligation to maintain the applicant in terms of section 4.
