43. Power of Government to make rules.
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of foregoing power, such rules may provide for the matters for effective implementation of the provisions of this Act wherever necessary.(3)Every rule made by the Government under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislature of the State.
