Section 17(3) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1962
(3)The total refund of share capital of the society in any co-operative year shall not exceed ten percent of the paid up share capital of the society on the last day of the co-operative year immediately preceding:Provided that this restriction shall not apply in the case of a society having no outside liabilities or in the case of an indebted society, when the permission of its creditors has been obtained.
