31. Appointment of technical staff.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the members of the technical staff of the University, shall be selected by the Head of the Department in consultation with the members of the Department concerned, who will further be recommended by the Dean or the Director of Research or the Director of extension Education, as the case may be, and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board.
